What is it about the integrative nutrition?

What is meant by an integrative approach:
It is a holistic approach that views the body and all its organs as a unified system. An integrative specialist identifies the true root causes of imbalances in the body rather than trying to mask the symptoms.

Regarding pregnancy — I advocate for conscious pregnancy, and here is why.
The entire structure of a child’s relationship with the world is formed already in the womb. To give birth to a mentally and physically healthy baby, it is essential to prepare for conception. Conscious pregnancy helps the future mother adjust to the changes in her body, attune herself to the baby, and prepare for natural and harmonious childbirth.

For me, as a nutrition and holistic lifestyle specialist, it is important not only to replenish deficiencies and nourish the body before pregnancy but also to build healthy eating behavior, identify psychological gaps that lead to certain eating patterns and disorders, which in turn result in poor nutrient absorption — regardless of how “proper” the diet may seem.

The integrative approach makes it possible to surround the future mother with care, support, and a healthy attitude toward herself on several levels simultaneously, with my guidance.

The approach I use allows a woman not only to understand where her eating habits and “needs” originate, and what to pay attention to during pregnancy, preparation, and the postpartum period, but also to learn to listen to and hear her body, intuitively choosing foods for herself and her baby — to live a full, rich, holistic, and healthy life.

For example, the microbiome begins forming during intrauterine development, and the newborn’s weight directly depends on the mother’s diet during pregnancy.

The goal of our collaboration is not to burden or complicate life with extra information, instructions, or useless regimes and rules.
My task as an integrative nutritionist and doula is to show the mother/woman how things can be different: how to smoothly and wisely introduce gentle adjustments into daily habits, filter out useless or unreliable information and advice, and through pleasant little rituals (ikigai practices), arrive at healing on the cellular level — not from the perspective of “I must,” but from “there is no other way.”

By using a variety of tools (naturopathy, Ayurvedic methods, breathing techniques, meditation, yoga, dietetics, reparative therapy, and biohacking instruments), I provide a uniquely individualized approach for each woman, create personalized nutrition plans, give practical lifestyle modification tools, guide and support her toward a holistic, conscious life — a life that everyone has the right and ability to choose for themselves, not only during pregnancy but throughout their entire life journey.
